$175 per session.

Out-of-network? Lauren partners with Thrizer, which can submit your superbill and pursue out-of-network reimbursement on your behalf.

Why private pay
Care that stays yours.
Many of the people I work with choose to pay privately, and it isn't only about billing. It's about who gets to make the decisions in your care.
No diagnosis on your permanent record. Insurance requires a billable mental-health diagnosis before it will pay for a session. Paying privately means that label never has to exist.
No one else deciding when you're finished. There's no cap on sessions and no utilization reviewer weighing in on whether you still qualify for care.
Your history stays between us. Insurers can request records to justify continued treatment. Private pay keeps that door closed.
The work goes where you need it to go. We set the pace and the approach together, based on what's actually happening for you — not on what a plan will authorize.
If you do have out-of-network benefits, you may still be reimbursed for part of what you pay. The tool above will tell you what your plan covers in about two minutes.
